Control sajaaaa..

Thanks to M for the lunch today. I had a mutton briyani and butter nan.. :) and had few kueh melayu in the afternoon. Mee Mamak for dinner and BBQ lamb for supper (at home).. I'm wondering how to reduce my weight.. cana kan tu.. makanan inda bekontrol.. haha masa dinner, me, pjul the superman, ajid, aftab, bazli, bbeng and the blue t-shirt guy (sorry bro, nda ku tau ur name) hehehe, becerita bah sal how to kuruskan badan.. one thing yang ku salute, c pjul punya relatives lah, kirakan ia ani lampuh masa mulanya, then he can be kurus by bejogging 16 laps daily.. Wahhh, gilaaaa 16 laps, fuh, nda ku sanggup tu broooo.. hahahaha inda apa, control saja food intake :) ada tu pelahan-lahan hehehehe.. happy day ppl :)
